Shalom Debbie I filled out your questionaire about the trip to India but haven't got to the post office to send it. I think it would be quicker for me to write you now so that is what I am doing. It was a wonderful trip. I feel that I got every penny's worth and maybe more. It was varied and interesting and there was never a dull moment.
With her quiet, calm nature Pnina, our guide,was able to keep everything running smoothly and on time. She was an unlimited source of information and stories about the various cultures and attractions. She knows her stuff and one can see that she lives and breathes India. The hotels were excellent . The guest house in Varanase, Temple on the Ganges, was basic but clean and comfortable, similar to kibbutz rooms (at least a few years ago). Most importantly, it was close to all the action and we didn't need to get on a bus every time we wanted to go out.
I will surely consider Eco again when planning a trip. Please thank Pnina again and all of you at Eco for a memorable trip.
